SD — do you care if i say what it was if i leave out the name of the listing agent and the property? i would not mind sharing so that others do not go what i just went through. i really hope karma kicks that listing agent’s ass. and if it was reportable behavior instead of just being an class a jerk, i would like to do that.

BTW. As I write this I am sitting at my wife’s bedside in the hospital. She had our first kid last night. Addiction is a terrible thing.
[/quote]Congrats, man.
I take it you mean you’re addicted to sex?

August 20, 2008 at 10:50 PM #259270SD RealtorParticipantCan I report them? Well no not really. In each case they were short sales and technically it does not appear that they violated any regulations. It is just more of a bummer for the clients. In each case the buyers have been searching for a long time and have been quite patient and diligent. In one case the listing agent strung us along for 2 months and the timelines with which the property went pending verses what she was telling me in phone conversations do not add up. Yet technically short sales are short sales and other offers can be submitted if there was not acceptance. It was the verbal stringing along that was quite discouraging. In both cases the brokerages are large well known “traditional” brokerages.
