Thank you all for the help. It is a good reminder to me to get all of the facts before venting. It’s not a very good excuse, but I’m kind of emotionally involved with this particular property. I know, I know. One should never be with a short sale, but….

If you weren’t emotionally involved, you wouldn’t be looking at buying. It’s too early by any measure.

Hmmm… weird, I guess if your post is quoted, then you can’t edit. Either that or no one directly replied to my post at the top, so I could still edit that one.
