ParticipantExactly, those are a couple “if’s” you threw out there. Here’s another, lets see what happens if the economy in SD starts to improve faster. That was my point, yes patterns are predictable. What isnt predictable is all the stuff going on around those patterns.

ParticipantI’ve already posted some choice properties that have taken a hit in this thread. Some of the high end properties have been lingering and reducing, but not sold yet. Waiting to see when and for what and I will post them here.
