Hey JP. Hope the new place is treating you well. We are back to bidding only on places “on our side of the hill” for now. We like PL as well, and I feel like there are more outliers there. Part of the appeal of OB is the possibility of a bigger lot. Evergreen, like most lots, is 5,000ft. The ones that are higher are often unusable canyon lots. So far, other than Curtis no property has called us to PL to bid. Now that was a great lot…
