Looks like someone picked up 3219 Trumbull for 720k. They were trying to sell for $1,150,000. Not too bad.

And this one also closed today. 3434 Garrison sold for 706k, PPSF: $291. Only 20% off the 2007 price. Again, weren’t seeing these prices two years ago. They were asking $1,025,000 – $1,100,000 in 2007 and still shooting for a million in 2008.

Where did you see the sold price? I’m not getting it on SDLookup, and Redfin said the listing expired on 1/28/11.

If it sold for $720K, that’s less than its 2001 price of $725K! 🙂

It should come up on Redfin, I would think b/c they list public records. In any case, this one UCGal posted as sold on the courthouse steps, not back to the beneficiary. Hope it wasn’t a flipper. It would be nice to see people picking up a deal and actually making it home.
