    Thanks for the update. I didn’t hear the NPR story. W/out radio lately (feel lost)

    Can’t believe they sold 18 of the 24 homes in 38 minutes and over 500k. Not a shortage of fools. Those auctions are frenzied.

    This is just outside of Torrance. Torrance is known for very good schools and 500K only gets you a very old tiny shack there. I used to live in Torrance near this location. There are actually a number of good shops and such, but really this is an industrial area, and looks like it used to be/or still is mobile home lots.
