Looks like prices at Gardena Village aren’t that bad for brand new houses near the LA South Bay. Convenient location. Not the best of neighborhoods.

Can’t believe they sold 18 of the 24 homes in 38 minutes and over 500k. Not a shortage of fools. Those auctions are frenzied.
