Add 10k to budget. You would have to replace doors with steel and add bars over the windows. Look at it this way, your budding rap career would get a boost. It’s almost straight out of Compton.

The area is actually not as bad as everyone is making it out to be, just the surrounding areas. It is right next to a shopping area. You can actually view the area by entering the address in google maps and select the street view.
