    I think the quality of homes at certain price points are improving dramatically. It was said before that there are deals out there just not great quality. I think that quality is beginning to come which will start the next leg of decline for those homes that are not ideal.

    That house sold for 655K at the peak around here (Spring 2004) and is not what is considered quality around here. Sorry, ya gotta keep waitin….
