If you are looking at the Ragweed/Texana area, the traffic on BMR is heinous between 5 and 6 pm…I live off Park village Road, it takes a long time to move anywhere on BMR at that time. Also traffic going to school in the AM between 7 and 8:30 is horrible. I myself would never live in a house that backs to any busy road. That one is busy all day. In regards to the day laborers, they are mostly at the 56 under the Rancho PQ road exit, or down by Canyonside park. They are not normally at the BMR overpass. Any other questions I can answer, let me know.

Quite a few houses in “East Park Village” have been on the market lately, some for what appear to be pretty good prices.

I just looked at the map and you’re right. My bad. The day labor talent pool hangs out under the 56 overpass at Rancho PQ Blvd.
