ParticipantThe owner owes over 1.5M on it. Also it has been listed for over 250 days. They started at 2.095m…nice. Sold for 1.45 in May 04 and then 1.9 in Oct of 06 like you said Larry. Time is on your side for this puppy.

ParticipantWe went by the Chelsea house last night, too! 🙂
Nice location, but the commercial/condo building behind is a killer. Not too fond of alley access, either, but somebody will probably do well with it.
