    Property on Marine st..

    This one sold for 1.9 million at the peak…now going for 1.367 mil. Teardown of course, but close to marine st.beach… any ideas????

    The owner owes over 1.5M on it. Also it has been listed for over 250 days. They started at 2.095m…nice. Sold for 1.45 in May 04 and then 1.9 in Oct of 06 like you said Larry. Time is on your side for this puppy.

    We went by the Chelsea house last night, too! 🙂

    Nice location, but the commercial/condo building behind is a killer. Not too fond of alley access, either, but somebody will probably do well with it.

    Sorry to barge in on pig’s Realtors again, but I am absolutely floored. I can’t understand even in my wildest dreams why on earth anyone would want to pay so much money for this house. You’re paying a king’s ransom to live in a hut. Someone please enlighten me, because I just don’t get it.

    Sorry to barge in on pig’s Realtors again, but I am absolutely floored. I can’t understand even in my wildest dreams why on earth anyone would want to pay so much money for this house. You’re paying a king’s ransom to live in a hut. Someone please enlighten me, because I just don’t get it.
