This (5741 Chelsea) doesn’t sound legit. The house sold for 1550000 in 2006. Why would someone ask for cash only? Sounds like a scam.

Still, if you got cash, I thik it’s a good deal. Certainly wouldn’t cost 300k to fix it up and most SFH in the area are still 1 million or more. Might be able to get a construction loan. Not sure.

Currently they have 25 offers that have been submitted to the lender. I could not get the LA to divulge what the highest is. Yesterday was the “official” deadline to submit offers but she said if you write one up and send it today along with an addendum saying this is your highest and best they will send it in but with no gaurantee that it will be looked at.
They are only accepting cash offers.
