At one point, we were talking on this thread about those 3 story 3BR/3 bath townhomes in PB. Any thoughts on where those are headed, pricewise? They were upwards of 700k at the height of the boom in 2005. That was double their price in late 2002, when they sold new for 350k.
They’re way better than many conversions in PB, but of course they ain’t an SFR, either. I’d love to hear from anyone with MLS access what those townhomes have been going for recently.
