ParticipantI think the big players like Jones Day and Skadden Arps will ride this out. Although… A buddy of mine at Bingham McCutchen was mentioning that there are some interesting rumors swirling around the company.
After watching Thelen vanish, I suppose anything is possible.
I think anybody in a professional services organization that cannot show value or a value add to their clientele had better watch out.
I’m on the specialty engineering side, and I’m watching architects, civil engineers and entire classes of contractors, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers get decimated. Not a pretty picture and far worse than the one that occurred in the 1989 – 1995 rout.
