Group oil pressing this morning. Bring your olives. Very cool business 15 miles east of temecula w tasting rooms in town and in sd. Thousands of trees out in aguanga. We brought some Olives and lots of people were there.
they ha da mobile press and a stationary press. they produced different grades of oil. we only had 6 pounds or so of olives (we had cured a bunch). One person brought 438 lbs! we picked up the oil and it lookscloudy. i haven’t tasted it yet. i think they’re in solano beach. they have so many trees!
That sounds like such a cool thing to do. I have about 15 olive trees but I don’t water them and they make little olives. I think they were planted to feed branches to goats in hot weather. Love my orange trees though.
