I very much agree.

I like toys and as an early iPhone adopter, I like really liked it. But I’ve moved on. Having switched from the iPhone 4 to Android, I’m impressed with what Android can do.

My Samsung Infuse has a large screen is more satisfying to use than the iPhone4. Apple’s design is nice but the glass front and back make the iPhone 4 heavy. The Samsung Infuse is large, light and beautiful (except for the battery cover). My Android is still on Froyo, Gingerbread will come soon so it will be better yet.

I love drag-and-drop on Android. In comparaison, the requirement to use iTunes for everything on the iPhone is a huge annoyance.

I’m waiting for Nokia to come out with a nice-looking Win7 Phone before I get one.

I had recently done a lot of research on natural father and stepfather adoption for a case I was working on. Back in “Jobs’ day” and far beyond, “natural fathers” who were “unwed” had virtually no rights in CA, practically speaking. MANY fathers were permanently estranged from their blood kin . . . not of their own choice and often for life.

The “Jobs story” here turned out just like the vast majority of them did.

Thankfully, the old CA Civil Code sections dealing with “illegitimacy” have since been repealed in the early nineties.
