Got everything except difference between Brown’s last budget and this one.
California is really not that bad off. Problems are serious, but we also have an enormous economy.
Meh? I want to see tax reform, less avoidance and some sort of policy adjustments that flatten out the receipts from year to year.
Also, support Education. It’s a big reason why CA is a great state.
