    yes. I read an article that the move might hurt the NFL. The LA market is large, but maybe not for 2 teams.

    I think that young people today are less loyal to a sports team than their elders. Too many other entertainment options, and a fragmented media market is not that good for the NFL.

    Wow, the Oakland Raiders are moving to Vegas, the first out of the State of California… OMG, another big business moving away! What is to become of us?

    My primary residence is Vegas (though I consider myself Californian) so I guess I’m OK.. There will be hordes of rowdy tourists descending on Vegas for games. Maybe superbowl coming in the 20s.

    Faulconer and crew were negotiating to “not lose” vs negotiating to win. Not a great strategy against the NFL.

    Faulconer should have traded a Trump endorsement to have Trump and his team come in and get the deal done.

    If I hear another news conference touting a “world class river front development for all San Diegans”, I’m going to shoot myself.
