ParticipantI’m on my blackberry, so I may have missed a post or two, but jp if no one else has mentioned this yet, I absolutely think you need to hire an atty to get all you can out of the Toyota driver’s insurance policy. I certainly don’t mean me, bc it’s not my practice area, but if you’d like referrals I’m happy to ask around for you. Whether you get an atty or not, TAKE PICTURES of everything as they will be useful when you negotiate.
(I happen to be looking for a car to replace my Audi (which I love), so I relate to that part, too.)

Dude, the guy that hit jpinpb was driving a FORD, not Toyota…Otherwise, you would be hearing from the other guy it “accelerated suddenly out of control by itself”….
