I certainly don’t mean me, bc it’s not my practice area, but if you’d like referrals I’m happy to ask around for you. Whether you get an atty or not, TAKE PICTURES of everything as they will be useful when you negotiate.
(I happen to be looking for a car to replace my Audi (which I love), so I relate to that part, too.)

Dude, the guy that hit jpinpb was driving a FORD, not Toyota…Otherwise, you would be hearing from the other guy it “accelerated suddenly out of control by itself”….
