    Yeah, huh. I saw a Camaro SS on Mecum auction and couldn’t believe what they were going for. I totally know what you mean. I remember selling mine for a few grand. Who’dda thunk those would be worth so much now. Be one heck of a down payment on a house.

    I was considering getting some real old car and fixing it up. Maybe that’s why I was leaning toward Camaro. Retro feel w/modern conveniences. I’m halfway thinking of going w/out a car for a while and waiting for the convertible and/or Z28.

    Yeah. I’m making myself crazy. Maybe I suffered more of a head injury than I thought 😉

    Do you have to commute much, or do you work from home? It might not be such a bad idea to go without a car for a while (maybe get a scooter or something?) and wait for something better (just like housing!). 😉

    Do you have to commute much, or do you work from home? It might not be such a bad idea to go without a car for a while (maybe get a scooter or something?) and wait for something better (just like housing!). 😉

    Yeah. I already said earlier. I’d have to wait for a house and now a car. Lately I haven’t been commuting very far. That could change. I already have some Vespas and that actually does fine for just about everything except for work. I work 50% out of the house and the other 50% of the time I have to go to various places, sometimes a distance. I have a pretty big luggage bag to haul around, too. That’s the downside. Unless I get a sidecar for the Vespa, I won’t be able to use it for work.
