Wow I can’t wait for this to play out.
Fun stuff indeed. If they reject him it could give him ammo/bumper music/silly jingles for years to come. Imagine all the dittoheads sending letters to the owners that vote no.
This one will be fun. Frankly I don’t care if the owners don’t approve him, it’s their little club, let them pick and choose. Just be ready to answer questions about why you are such a PC wuss.
Apparently his words hurt people more than thought of the slit throats of used up pit bulls.

October 14, 2009 at 3:03 PM #468969briansd1GuestI actually want Rush to get his NFL franchise.
We’ll see how he manages that franchise with all the calls for boycott that he’ll deal with everyday.
Perhaps Rush knows that he won’t get the franchise so he’s just setting himself up to be denied.
Then, he’ll have all the outrage that he needs to fuel the fire of his listeners for years.
The NFL culture is interesting. It’s a “Kansan” past time but Blacks are coming to dominate the sport. So “Kansans” won’t have any choice but to cheer on Black players as they root for their teams.
I believe that Blacks will eventually dominate all sports that require speed and power. Blacks don’t play tennis much now, but give it a couple decades and will see Black athletes dominate the sport.
The social conservatives better watch out…. After the public schools and rap, football and sports will be co-opting the hearts and minds of their kids. Perhaps country music will remain safe for a while (but even that is being co-opted by the top 40 pop).

Frankly I’d just like to watch him lose money all day long.
Limbaugh has not been able to manage anything other then his mouth
for his lifetime. So, give him a complicated organization and
watch him annoy all the back office people, interfere with the
managers and coaches and piss off the players. If he can’t recruit good talent, the fans will lose interest and he can
become disliked and lose games.Frankly the other owners should vote for him because he’ll make
talent cheaper.October 14, 2009 at 3:06 PM #469158patbParticipant[quote=briansd1]I actually want Rush to get his NFL franchise.
