i’ll be dropping off some fun and informative brochures at the local san diego dnc office (it’s in my office park). i’d like some opinions, criticisms and help with creating it. what i’ve got so far:
Top Ten Reasons to Pass the Bailout (and help Main Street Americans!):
10. Mark to myth accounting makes my ’62 corvair worth $50k.
9. Reduced reserve requirements means I can get a million dollar loan against my $25k, i mean $50k corvair.
8. I can buy my folks the McMansion they always wanted.
7. I have to pay for my country club greens fees somehow.
6. My dog, cat and two fish make great financial advisers and overseers.
5. The bailout is environmentally concious; I can recycle used toilet paper for cash money.
4. I should have a different car for every day of the week.
3. I shouldn’t have to put up with only 1 private jet.
2. Cronyism, monopolistic practices and lobbying have made me too big to fail.
1. 700 billion dollars buys a lot of hookers. And politicians. Same thing.
