He says yeah Russ, but stay away from that chronic man! Busts up laughing “that shit’ll just kill ya”. I think he has urban source.
Along with Hookah for pot smoking, I had never heard or “Chronic”. There is a Hookah shop on Adams Ave. I am under the impression that it probably really is an ethnic social center no wacky tobacky?
On Topic, did Obama inhale?
