OT: Movers and Washer/Dryer Rental

Can someone recommend a good moving company that services the La Jolla/UTC area? I’m going to be moving in a couple of weeks and am planning to hire movers to help with the big furniture items. I’m literally moving from a 1br apt to another right down the street so its about as simple of a move as it gets.
Only big problem is that there my current place is on the 3rd floor and the new place on the 2nd floor, no elevators at either place, so a place that doesn’t charge extra for that would be nice.

Also my new place doesn’t provide a washer/dryer, so I either have to buy my own, rent from them ($30/month for pretty old applicances, or rent from a 3rd party company). I’d like something modern but doesn’t have to be top of the line. At this time I don’t think I want to buy and be stuck with a washer/dryer in a year or two so I’m leaning towards renting them. Anyone have any suggestions?
