Olbermann came out of sports and is just naturally bias and opinated.
And O’Riley came from a tabloid TV show… so what’s your point?
And how is McCain being afraid to be interviewed by Larry King “standing up” to them? If he had any balls he would have gone on the show and made his case.
If Obama can hold his own with O’Riley and Rick Warren, McCain should be able to handle Larry “Softball” King. What is McCain afraid of?
O’Riley is a goober and I never heard of Warren.
Olbermann excelled at sports reporting because he enjoyed pressing his opinion and stirring up controversy. His problem was that never understood that sports commentary and news reporting were different.
I don’t think McCain has ever been afraid about anything. He certainly wasn’t afraid to spend another 4 years as a pow. How many years you think Obama would spend as a pow beyond what he had to??

POW is an excuse for not knowing he owns 8 homes, POW is an excuse for cheating on his disfigured wife, now POW is an excuse for not going on Larry King? Dude be careful, the more you use that excuse, the less of an effect it has. It’s called “The Law of Diminishing Returns,” look it up. You don’t wanna use up all of the charges on it before the election is over, do you?
I fail to see how being a POW has anything to do with being interviewed by a TV host, so please answer the question: why is McCain afraid of Larry King?

September 8, 2008 at 3:43 PM #267886DWCAPParticipantFOX “news” in the very beginning was quite adept at finding stories that no one else was reporting. I sometimes seriously wonder if the networks just watch each other and call it reporting. “THIS just in! ABC is reporting that NBC is investigating a CBS Broadcast about a CNN story that……”
In the past few years they have moved decidedly rightwing. That ‘no spin zone’ BS was only because they were spinning everything so fast you couldnt see it moving anymore.
If you find yourself watching and thinking “interesting, I never knew that!” you may be watching actual news. If you are watching and thinking “F%&* ya! How can people not see how true that is. It is so simple those ______ wing morons just proved how dumb they really are!” you are prob watching an opnion piece disguised as news, regardless of what network you are watching.September 8, 2008 at 3:43 PM #268105DWCAPParticipantFOX “news” in the very beginning was quite adept at finding stories that no one else was reporting.
