Have any of you looked at prices of a plain white dresser at something like Pottery Barn for Kids or Baby R Us? $700+ 3 drawer dresser that’s going to get the crap kicked out of them by the kid?
I’ll tell you folks what. You buy that $700 dresser, I’ll buy the $125 ikea special, and if my kid doesn’t loose interest in the plain white, I’ll replace them every two years if it falls apart and probably still come out ahead. (and yes, that pottery barn special is made in china just like the ikea special).
Along the same line…
I found slightly better quality at reasonable prices at Plumbers. And for much more upscale…Lawrance. Though I was pretty pissed that one of my friends came over and said. Wow, nice dining table. I didn’t know ikea sold that… (fvcker)…
