Used to post a lot, not so much anymore. Looking back at some of my earlier posts, I’m not quite sure how I had so much time on my hands.
I would frequently type “housing bubble” in google, and surprisingly little would come up. Piggington was always there, though, and the data and the analysis really made sense. That and Rich’s sense of humor kept me coming back. One of my favorites was his description of Roger Ferguson’s glasses as “calamitously nerdy.”
3 1/2 years, started when Powayseller was pouring her heart into the forum. She probably had 15 topics just saying that she would no longer post again.

Posting for 2 years 37 months, and lurked here for a year and a half or so before that. I too was a crazy housing pessimist, who’s father and grandfather said would get priced out forever.
I was right and all those real estate “professionals” giving out their business cards at fast food joints were wrong. But accountants have a much better education in economics than real estate “professionals”.
