OT: Ford Dealer Recommendation

I have tried to buy a car at Rancho Ford on a number of occasions, I could never get it done. Typically they have very little to choose from (low inventory) and I think they figure they have a captured market since they are the only game in town.

Just overall difficult to deal with IMO.

Also, they put a new transmission in my Expy ($3000+) when the only problem was a faulty COP (coil over plug).

How do you know that?

The two problem may not but related but purely coincidental.
