I’m helping put together a list of complexes that have short term (3 month) or month-to-month leases for interns at my company. We often have interns from other parts of the country, even international, and they often have trouble finding housing, especially if they cannot visit the city before their internship starts. Anyone here know of any complexes that might offer some short term options? Most of what I’ve seen so far only advertise six month leases or longer, or are corporate rentals that are quite expensive.
I think most of the apartment complexes in UTC offer short term leases on the order of 1-3 months. However the price is substantially higher than the 12-month rate so it might not be any cheaper than corporate housing.
