    I really have to comment on the fact that SDDuuuude makes the greatest Magaritas I have ever had. Yes… Everyone know we are friends and that I hold him in the highest caliber… But really… He has convinced me that it is the stoicometeric (ms ?) mixture more than anything else. I have paid a lot of money for top shelf and never had anything as smooth as his…

    He is also a champion at the lemon drop…

    As for me I am continuing with the wine route, going so far as to order wine spectator… but I have recently been introduced to Tuaca. Love it. I didn’t even know it was italian! The old timers never had it on the shelf… Just annisette.

    Anyway love the Tuaca maybe more of a cordial… Also big on Amerratto Sours as well…

    Love the dry cocktails. Martini guy for the longest time but kept on going drier and drier. Now I just get vodka on the rocks, twist of lemon. Pungent, dry, almost undrinkable by lesser men – and women find it incomprehensible. They have their Kool-Aid drinks and I have my cup of rubbing alcohol. Ne’er the twain shall meet.

    Sadly, my stomach will not let me pull down more than a few shots’ worth. If I had known my stomach was going to trouble me later in life, I would not have squandered my youth drinking cheap tequila.

    my non-drinking period was justa test, for a few weeks–three? i like drinking
    much better than not drinking. just wasn’t meant to not drink at all. two drinks with dinner, maybe one after. can’t see a reason to really stop.

    hard hard day of yard work. too damn cheap to pay someone. weeds. jeepers, weeds. arms feel like rubber. gin and tonic on the porch.
