BTW, do you back up your PC? Can you survive if it got stolen tonight? My guess is you will answer no.

One comment on this and in general.. Are you folks actually sending documents with PII through email??? If you have things like SSN or CC#s, Account#’s make sure they are scratched off or something. You don’t want it cached somewhere on an email server or some website…
