Participantwhen the blizzard hit here in DC, the county wasn’t going to clear our street, so finally the neighbors got tgether and hand shoveled the block.
it’s a cul de sac, so, the county makes it low priority.

ParticipantThis is why I caution about driving European luxury cars in San Diego. I frequently see in downtown Porsches and sports cars going over potholes and the uneven trolley tracks. It is painful to watch the refined suspensions and low profile wheels of those cars getting beat up.

GuestSan Diego is not bad. The roads in Chicago and Back East are a lot worse thanks to the cold and hot weather conditions.
My friend’s car in Chicago came out of alignment from hitting a huge pot hole. The steering looks out of center now, even with an alignment.
