How about experimenting on oneself?
As a test of will-power, I challenged a friend to drink only room temperature water for 1 month. My bet is that he can’t do it.
Or open a bag of potato chips and only eat 10 chips at a time.
Inspired by buddhist monks, I’ve practiced will-power on myself and I now find food and beverage abstinence no problem at all.

Killjoy. Who cares about flippin bag of potato chips?April 4, 2011 at 9:52 AM #683151scaredyclassicParticipantI will eat potato chips. But only with alcohol.
I think it’s going to take more than a month to have all my pants be loose. I think it might be early summer.
Just in fine for gin and tonic season.
