I’d go with vail before I went with the old houses on the opposite side of the road from wolf creek. the 30 foot brick sound barrier wall is horrible. It’s a step down from vail if looking at them head to head, the only access is via pechanga parkway. Maybe you should say what you are looking for and looking to pay and I can give you some suggestions.

May 15, 2009 at 1:19 PM #400186FormerOwnerParticipantI really appreciate the info, TG.
I’m looking for a house in South Temecula under 250K, preferably with low mello-roos and a low or no HOA, in a decent neighborhood, with a decent kitchen, and either a pool or a lot large enough for a pool. The neighborhood doesn’t have to be pristine but I don’t want to be in a total white-trash neighborhood. I’d prefer a single story but I know I can’t be too picky. We don’t have kids but I’d like a decent school district in case I ever want to sell or rent the place. The size of the house actually doesn’t matter much since it’s just my wife and I; anything over 1200 sq ft would probably be fine.
