Quite honestly, you may even get some noise from the freeway, depending on how the house is situated. Didn’t go there to look. You would know. I mean the 5 is heavily traversed, especially North County. Eases up after the merge. Just a though. I think still priced high. But I still hold the hope that prices will come back down to close to 2002 levels before this whole subprime mess started. I could be so way wrong on that.

April 7, 2008 at 9:07 PM #182597NicoleParticipantGreetings, I just thought I’d update anyone interested in this property. Apparently there are now 6 offers on this house and the top offer is 780K. I think it’ll head over 800K. Bummer, I would have jumped at it for 700K.

Check out the new listing on Coolngreen. Looks like a very nice remodelled home on a very nice quiet street. Walking distance to elementary and jr high schools. $34/month hoa gets you a pool and tennis courts.sdr
FWIW, I wouldnt grieve over the Trtion house. My impression of the North shore homes is pretty substandard construction for the area.
