ParticipantSheesh. There is this lady I work with and she hasn’t paid her mortgage in 8 months as it is. What she was doing at age 60 buying a house in Solana Beach at the peak, while making $64K a year, as her husband is on medical disability, is beyond me. I guess this will give her an extension. Sheesh.

ParticipantAnd this is why I predicted a good Spring in the affordable (i.e. under 700K price range). Constrained inventory, low rates and seasonal demand are coinciding. I fully expected this and more to come. C’mon SD R, you knew this kind of shenanginas was coming too. Dont say it doesnt help anyone. It helps sellers with equity still trying to maximize their sale prices. You may not like it but thats what it does.
