Gotta figure this is nothing but politics though. This is in no way the doings of the lenders, this is the work of our legislature. To be specific our state legislature.
In no way will this help and as Jim pointed out on his sight this only provides more incentives for people to STOP paying on the mortgages and live for free.
Sheesh. There is this lady I work with and she hasn’t paid her mortgage in 8 months as it is. What she was doing at age 60 buying a house in Solana Beach at the peak, while making $64K a year, as her husband is on medical disability, is beyond me. I guess this will give her an extension. Sheesh.
