By the way, I also think 2011 is the real turning point although true bottom (early 2009) was long gone (before people realized it).

Lot’s of people have been driving around to check things out. Maybe this is also because the 52 opens up this month, and they see light at the end of the tunnel for a shorter commute if they bought up here.
New homes have been selling well up here. The last high end, EaglePoint phase will start this month, there are only 3-4 condos in Northstar left, and Crestview is about to release a new phase. For East County / Santee, I’d say it’s been pretty active so far this month.
