ParticipantBroken bells I think the loan limit changes will have virtually no impact on the sub 300 market. I think you have plenty of time and though you should be looking now and maybe even making offers before oct 1 I would not pull the trigger until after Nov 1. In my opinion the winter is the best time to buy.
