So it looks like supply is ultra-tight for everything but houses above 1 million.

This is kind of a small sample, so how using the average of August and September sales.

SFH < $1M / 7.5 / 8 / 1.1 months SFH > $1M / 3 / 21 / 7 months

That shows that condos and single families houses in 92107 have a red-hot sellers market, while the $1+ million market is more balanced with a slight favor to buyers.
