I wouldn’t worry about first half which was just made up by Obamanomics… and may be still more to come from Fed. However the end would be really dry if any of those economic – calculations mislead us. Let’s wait n see but no guts to buy home of 600K worth and throwing anohther additional 500 as Mellarose 🙂 in this kind of unpredictable situation.
