ParticipantI don’t think this is a flip. But thanks to the flippers boosting prices, home sellers are quite comfortable asking half a million for 1000sf in 92104. Not near the beach, but the lot size makes you think you are.

3544 Arnold[/quote]I have no doubt they’ll get $500K for that. The only problems I see with it are the lack of parking and 1 bath. But that’s a nice street, very close to the park, it’s been fixed up — it will sell at a premium.
