ParticipantI didn’t know they’re proceeding with that project. Last I heard, it was on hold due to fairy shrimps. They’re building SFR and townhouses. GuestIt will be interesting to see how the prices on those new houses compare to the resales in the surrounding area.
Those new houses will be Pardee. If I remember, all the newer houses in Mira Mesa are either Pardee or Fieldstone.
