New Low price per sq ft.

I can easily beat $70/sq-ft. In Cali no less. You should check out Fresno. I see as low as $36/sq-ft. It’s not a McMansion either. These are small 1500-1600 sq-ft SFR.

If you’re talking about McMansion only, I see as low as $67/sq-ft in Fresno.
