MR though that’s a plus.But if you want granite and upgraded flooring you will need to negotiate (Geeze this stuff should be standard these day’s) I really don’t think it cost them that much more to put decent Tile in the kitchens and baths, and granite countertops in the kitchen at least.
Also a fiberglass shower PLeesze.. at least put tile man !!
Oh well the HOA is a No go for me anyway.
Also A deck off the Master is just a necessity in new Lux homes these day’s as well (even if they don’t have a view “That why God made trees”).
But maybe you could get them to throw some of this stuff in who knows.
