New Home sales vs. resales

Does anyone have any info on new home sales vs. resales in San Diego? I jsut find that new homes are still selling fast at these prices. Although they have come down a bit and there are more incentives thrown in , there are still crowds of people at the new builders and still buying stuff up.

I having been to any open houses lately so I am not sure at how busy resales are.

The builders are offering deals at the expense of the resellers. They are stealing sales from the resale market. This is not surprising.
