the listing says it’s available for “pennies on the dollar”; wouldn’t it be more accurate to say 66 pennies on the dollar? I thougt there was a mention of a pool on the supernanny episode — why si this one listed without a pool? is this definitely the one? i want to bid on the actual ranch, not a cheap imitation.

January 11, 2010 at 7:47 AM #500959Allan from FallbrookParticipantWait, wait, wait! They’re selling? But Lisa told us that they were back on track and they have a paycheck coming in. Her husband’s company is rolling in dough, right?
She also indicated that they signed up for a new program with the bank and she’d fight for her house and kids! What is going on here?
That house is something, though. Talk about a McMansion. I’m not familiar with that area of Murrieta, but it looks to be horse country and 6ac is a nice piece of ground. House is overdone; in a baroque meets Spanish collision.

They lost the La Cresta home – and are under threat of losing the Sherry Lane home (the one they bought to live in while building the La Cresta mansion.)I think it’s the “temporary” home she’s fighting to keep.
