YOU NEED TO FIND A NEW LEND BUT I WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION 5% WITH A 1YR BALLOON PAYMENT OR 8.25 I said send the docs what else can we do .I signed 8.25 and also said I was being forced to sign a contract in lie ! Steve and I did find a loan modification company and signed on with them to save this house This is where I personally talked to the one who makes it or breaks it @ the bank and this is where we first heard about the 32,000 a month We DID NOT SEE THE FRAUD ! our attorney has the paper work and no where does it show mine or Steve signature it only shows the broker!SHE SIGNED IT AND SLIP IT TO THE BANK loan reps do have friends out there that do favors for $ ….This is now what I am seeing WHO KNOW MOST OF THESE Commits ARE PROBABLY FROM PEOPLE LIKE YOU (loan reps) . THE HOUSE PAYMENT JUST FOR THE RECORD WAS GOING TO BE 6,000 so as you can see going to 10,500 and even 20,800 that freaking nuts ………….

As for my current home Obama is signing deals left and right to help out with this market we are in But the issue is who’s watching after he signs these deals who really is watching the other end and what’s really happening ? We are ! and I am or was trying to get OBAMA’S ATTENTION to see that something is wrong banks are screwing people left and right they’ll approved a short sell but wont modify it ? hello ! the foreclose and sell it for half price or more but wont modify it Hello ! they make you think that you got approved for a modification ( 3 month payment MAP) LIES . WE paid the 3 months and got turned down not only that but said paper work was missing info and let me make this clear we sent this same paper work to 3 people and the one most important person from the bank says missing paper work but the others got it ………………….FRAUD LIARS they are hiding something .THIS IS WHY I DID THE STORY SO OBAMA CAN GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS If people do what they have been doing and not stand up and say something then this will continue .I told the reporter I want OBAMA TO SEE THIS HE NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT’S REALLY GOING ON!
as of today we are back on track paycheck coming in and we are applying for another program with the bank. My husbands company is rolling in the money again . We have built a life HERE……As I said most of you walk away and let the bank take …..Not me this is my home MINE and my FAMILY.

The biggest issue I have with what our government is doing is this very thing

1) Giving people the impression that it wasn’t their fault at all…Aka it was the evil bankers. Yes, there was some evil bankers doings..BUT, this doesn’t excuse anyone who took out these loans from any personal responsibility.

2) In general, I think we’re losing our edge to compete as a result of the government’s “crutch” they like to give out.

I work with a lot of high tech companies in Asia. And let me tell you, those companies are on 7 day work weeks. Not suggesting that we bury ourselves in work. But folks need to stop crying foul.

The opportunities are there for people and for folks to blow it too. period… It really doesn’t matter how much a salary gives you..It’s what one does with it….

There was a comment from someone on that board that said, “folks are just being preachers. How many of them if they actually made $1XXk+ a year if they wouldn’t have done the same thing as this couple did”….And there lies the issue….Folks think if they just have higher salaries or higher pay, that that in itself is more money to spend. I guess that’s why some folks spend their raises even before they get them….

Then I read the cnn article about folks than spends tens of thousands of dollars on lotto tickets….
