See today’s (7/11/06) North County Times, article on the front page, caried over to page A-9. A local economist proclaims its still a seller’s market. I wish somebody would tell those real estate agents I deal with every time I go to an open house, maybe they would stop spaying me with the saliva frothing out of their mouths as they are hoping for an offer….any offer…
