ParticipantHow does it work to not pay your mortgage if you have equity in your house?
If you want to give yourself a bailout, pay your mortgage and your taxes with credit cards for a couple of years and then default on the credit cards. Or just run them up, why make monthly payments on them for those years.
Make sure you buy some good wine to party with while the collectors are calling.
