“People don’t watch downer shows, advertisers don’t buy ad time during them either. “
That’s what the news is for.

January 2, 2008 at 4:33 PM #127998Bunny MeadowsParticipantThat episode was on LAST NIGHT!
The house is located in Vista de Bernardo (RB)overlooking the delightful I-15.
The owners bought the place for like $209K in the early 90s, and were determined to get $900-$1 mil for it, so they could upgrade.
The realtor broke the bad news – that he put it in the $800K range. And he told them that they needed to redo the master bath and closet. And put up “sound barriers” around the backyard to dampen the freeway noise.
The episode is older – from early 2007 maybe? My husband used to live in RB and claims he found it on nextag.com. If he’s right, the house was listed at $679K. probably the more appropriate price for the place
